How much does an online consultation cost?

Doctors set their own consultation fees. Check the fee shown on the doctor’s profile and review the booking details before paying. There is no single fee for every doctor.

How does DotCare verify doctors?

DotCare reviews identity, qualifications, PM&DC registration and supporting evidence before activating a doctor’s profile. PM&DC registration does not imply endorsement of DotCare.

Can I get an appointment immediately?

Appointments depend on the availability published by each doctor. DotCare does not guarantee an immediate appointment.

What should I prepare before the call?

Have your relevant health reports, current medicine details and questions ready. Use a device with a working camera and microphone, an internet connection and a quiet, private place.

Will I receive a prescription?

A prescription is not guaranteed. Your doctor decides what is appropriate after assessing your concern. Any prescription provided through DotCare can be kept with your consultation information.

Can online care replace an in-person appointment?

Not always. A doctor may recommend an in-person assessment or further investigation. DotCare is not an emergency service and should not delay urgent in-person care.

Prepare for your appointment

Bring the useful details with you.

Keeping reports and medicine information organised can help you explain your concern during the consultation.

For emergencies, seek urgent in-person help. DotCare cannot dispatch emergency assistance.
