By creating an account, booking a service or using DotCare, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and any service-specific information shown before confirmation.
What DotCare provides
DotCare provides technology for managing health information, finding admin-verified doctors, arranging appointments, communicating with providers and accessing related digital services. DotCare is not an emergency service and, unless expressly stated otherwise, does not operate as a hospital or replace a treating doctor’s professional judgement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and recovery codes, use only profiles you are authorised to manage and notify support if you believe your account is compromised. Independent account holders must be at least 18; an authorised adult may manage a dependant profile.
Doctors
Doctors cannot publish or activate their own profiles. An authorised DotCare administrator reviews required identity, qualification and PM&DC information before activation. Each doctor remains responsible for valid professional registration, acting within competence, obtaining appropriate consent and meeting professional duties.
Consultations and urgent care
Remote care has limits. A doctor may require in-person assessment when a safe decision cannot be made remotely. No diagnosis, prescription, appointment or outcome is guaranteed. Severe or life-threatening symptoms require immediate local emergency care.
Payments and cancellations
Fees and charges are shown before confirmation and may be processed by regulated third parties. Any applicable cancellation and refund terms should be shown in the booking journey. A refund is not guaranteed solely because a requested medicine, certificate, test or diagnosis was not provided.
Acceptable use
You must not impersonate another person, submit forged credentials, harass people, obtain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, misuse prescriptions or record and publish a consultation without required consent.
Availability and changes
DotCare uses reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features and these terms may change as the product and applicable requirements develop. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
